Issue of Equity  

Application has been made for the issue of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") as a result of the exercise of options.  It is anticipated that these Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 December 2007. 
The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options will be 86,254,059.
