Corac Group plc AGM 24 June 2010

Corac Group plc held its Annual General Meeting at 11am on 24 June 2010 and all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

As reported in the Preliminary Results announcement in April 2010, Professor Gerry Musgrave stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of the meeting. Professor Musgrave will continue his employment with the Company in a new role with responsibility for Research & Enterprise, helping to drive the technical development of the business in the future.
