The company has a proven track record in 'turbo charged' air compression, high speed and high efficiency motors, and a number of 'no-oil' concepts. 

Corac Group plc's gas bearing technology is now being developed in conjunction with several major Oil & Gas companies to enhance production from natural gas wells. The diminutive size of these high powered compressors is such that they can be lowered into a gas well (some 2Km and deeper underground) to significantly increase production, by as much as 30 to 50% in applicable wells.  As this technology emerges, Corac Group plc is well placed to capitalise on this market opportunity as energy prices increase.
